The planner

1. How old is your puppy?

2. What time is bedtime?

Your plan

Answer the two questions above and your plan appears here.

Good to know

Every puppy is different, and the same puppy can have a hard week after a great one - a new home, a growth spurt, a hot day. That is normal, not failure. An overtired puppy settles worse, so protect naps rather than keeping your puppy up to "tire them out".

If a puppy who used to settle well suddenly cannot sleep, or the change comes with other signs that something is off, a vet check comes before any routine changes.
