What formats can I buy?
Guides are offered as an ebook and PDF. Selected titles may also have an audio version or short video lessons. Check the individual guide or bundle selection for the formats included before you buy. An audio or video version is not included unless it is shown for that title.
Can I read a sample first?
Yes. The first chapter of each listed guide is free to read on the site, without an email or account. Choose a guide on the home page and open its free sample.
Is it one long course, or can I pick one issue?
You can pick a guide for the problem in front of you. The guides are designed to stand on their own. If you prefer several topics, check exactly which guides and formats are in the bundle before checkout.
Orders & access
How will I get my purchase?
It is digital, so there is nothing to ship. Delivery and access instructions are provided after checkout. The final checkout page should show precisely which files or lessons your selection includes.
If you cannot find your purchase, contact us using the email you used at checkout and include an order ID if you have one.
Will I need a special device or an account?
PDFs can be opened in a PDF reader on a phone, tablet or computer. Ebook, audio and video access depends on the format and delivery option shown at checkout. Check the product details before buying; if you run into an access problem, send us a note.
What if I picked the wrong guide?
Start with the guide list and samples to compare topics. If you have already bought one that is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase through our refund form.
What is the refund policy?
Every purchase has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Request it within 14 days through the refund form with the email used at checkout or your order ID. Refunds go to the original payment method. Please see the policy for what happens to access and downloaded files after a refund.
What if my files or access do not work?
Contact us with the email used at checkout, the guide title and what went wrong. If you would rather request a refund within the 14-day window, use the refund form.

Who are these guides for?
They are written for busy dog owners who want a focused starting point for everyday training, not for professionals looking for a certification or a substitute for individual assessment. Begin with the problem you are seeing and read the sample before choosing.
When should I work with a professional instead?
For a bite history, aggression, severe fear, a risk to people or other animals, or any behavior that worries you about safety, seek a qualified trainer or behavior professional who can assess your dog in person. If behavior changes suddenly or you suspect pain or illness, speak to your vet. A guide cannot diagnose your dog or replace hands-on care.
Where can I ask a different question?
