Using the site
These terms cover use of the Calm on the Leash website and its digital guides, audio, and courses. Product descriptions and prices shown before checkout describe what is included in a particular purchase. If the checkout provider has additional transaction terms, read those before paying.
Digital products and access
Products may be ebooks, PDFs, audio, courses, or bundles. The product page and checkout should show the actual format, price, and delivery method for what you choose. Access instructions should be sent after a successful payment to the email used at checkout. If a file or access link does not arrive, check spam and contact support with your order email or order ID.
Personal-use license
When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the material for yourself and your household. You may not resell it, upload it publicly, redistribute files, or claim the content as your own. This is a license to use the material, not a transfer of copyright.
Checkout and payment
The final price, currency, taxes if any, available payment methods, and purchase confirmation are presented at checkout. A purchase is complete only when the checkout confirms payment. The checkout and payment provider will be identified during the purchase flow, along with any policies that apply to the transaction.
Refunds
Purchases are covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee described in our refund policy. Use the refund form within 14 days of purchase, with the order email or ID. Refunds go back to the original payment method; access may end following the refund. The refund policy gives the steps and full details.
Training and safety
These materials are educational and general. Dogs, households, and safety risks differ, so a guide cannot promise a particular result or replace individual advice from a veterinarian, qualified trainer, or behavior professional. If there is a bite risk, a medical concern, or danger to people or animals, prioritize safety and seek appropriate professional help. Do not put yourself, your dog, or anyone else at risk to try an exercise.
Changes and availability
We may update the site, product descriptions, and these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the version posted here. A later product update or new edition is not automatically included in an earlier purchase unless that purchase expressly says it is. If an access problem affects a purchase, contact support.
