Short answer: only if your dog actually enjoys it. A dog park can be fun for a social, confident dog. For others it is too much. You are allowed to skip it.
The AKC says dogs who go to a dog park should be up to date on vaccinations, and that shy or nervous dogs may not enjoy a dog park or may be overstimulated by it. A dog like that may be better off with walks and one-on-one meetings. If your dog is already unsure about other dogs, see when a dog hates the dog park.
The AKC says to pick up after your dog and to watch your dog the whole time, not your phone or a chat with other owners. If the people there are ignoring their dogs, it may not be a good fit. VCA has a full list of park manners to read before you go.
The AKC notes that dogs may not welcome interactions with strange dogs anywhere, including a dog park. If your dog seems unhappy, leaving is a fair choice, and a short, good visit beats a long one that ends badly. Our guide on play breaks shows how to check in during play.
If your dog has been hurt, or reacts to other dogs, talk to your vet and a qualified, reward-based trainer before going back.
